1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any services provided by nanastoto, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Nanastoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use nanastoto services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on nanastoto. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any winnings or balance.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Nanastoto will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users are required to use the nanastoto platform in a responsible, lawful manner that does not negatively affect other users' experience. The following are strictly prohibited:
Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorised automation software, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, sharing your account with others, or employing unauthorised methods to fulfil promotion requirements are violations of these terms and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses.
The nanastoto platform must not be used for any money laundering activities or the financing of illegal activities. nanastoto cooperates fully with the relevant authorities when required.
Any attempt to disrupt platform operations, gain unauthorised access to systems, or compromise the security of other users is a serious violation and may result in legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on nanastoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using approved local payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets.
Deposits: Funds deposited into your account are strictly for wagering on the nanastoto platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to other users and do not accrue interest. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with nanastoto's current policies. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated separately. Failure to meet the wagering requirements prior to withdrawal may result in cancellation of the associated bonus. nanastoto reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Transaction Disputes: Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. nanastoto is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank account details provided by the user.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Nanastoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users through the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses arising from game outcomes. nanastoto's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited over the preceding twelve (12) months.
Account Suspension & Closure
Nanastoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Accounts suspended pending identity verification will be reinstated once the required documents have been received and verified. Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure in accordance with current policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nanastoto platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of nanastoto or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nanastoto.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. nanastoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Visiting third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Nanastoto reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the nanastoto platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a competent arbitration body or court of the relevant jurisdiction.
